The Bill (Reg. No. 6053) regulates protection and defense of the nationаl transport system during the special period.

The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill shall enhance efficiency of the State Special Transport Service, regulating the disputable issues and eliminating discrepancies in the effective legislation as to its functions in the defense of the nationаl transport system.
